Booking Terms

1. Placing a request

A request on the site is not a contract and does not require full prepayment. It is a request to reserve a date and tour.

After receiving your request, a manager contacts you to confirm the date, programme and details of the trip.

2. Price and payment

The price is calculated based on the chosen tour, package and number of participants. No online payment is taken on the site.

The payment method (on site, by transfer or otherwise) is agreed with the manager upon confirmation.

3. Changes and cancellation

The date or programme of a tour may change due to weather, road conditions or other circumstances affecting safety.

We notify you of any changes in advance and offer a reschedule or an alternative.

4. Safety and liability

Participants agree to follow the guide’s instructions and observe safety rules on the route.

The Operator is not liable for consequences of participants failing to follow the guide’s recommendations.
