This Policy explains how 4x4 Tours (the “Operator”) processes the personal data of users of the 4x4tours.kz website.

Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Its Protection” No. 94-V dated 21 May 2013.

By submitting a request on the site, the user confirms their agreement with this Policy.

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide in the booking form: name, phone number, email, preferred messenger, and trip details (tour, date, number of guests, comment).

We do not collect bank card data — no online payment is taken on the site.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used solely to process your request: to contact you, confirm the date and details of the trip, advise you and organise the tour.

We do not use your data for marketing mailings without your consent.

4. Storage and protection

Personal data is stored on servers located within the Republic of Kazakhstan, in line with the requirements of Kazakhstan law.

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access.

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing.

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing.
