Awesome day tour with Dmitry! We booked a private tour with Dmitry for our family (2 adults and 1 kid) to visit Kaindy Lake, Kolsai Lake, Black Canyon, and Charyn Canyon. We really enjoyed our day together! Even though it was a long day with a lot of driving, Dmitry kept us entertained and answered all our questions along the way. He is a very safe and patient driver, which made us feel super comfortable. During the treks, he guided us along the tracks and explained lots of fun and interesting facts. My son had so much fun listening to him throughout the day! It was worth every penny spent, and we would definitely recommend Dmitry to anyone looking for a great guide.

I've safely returned to Japan. Thanks to you, our trip was so much fun and truly special. To be honest, I was a bit anxious at first because I couldn't get in touch with you or Andrey, but you showed up right on time to pick us up. As young Asians, we were also worried about potential discrimination, but you treated us with genuine kindness. I'll never forget when you treated us to those famous Almaty apples until we were stuffed — I was actually a bit too full, but it's a great memory! And at Charyn Canyon, in front of that breathtaking view you recommended, we decided to get married. Thank you so much for celebrating with us then. Since you were such a wonderful guide, it truly pained us to have to cancel the second day of the tour. If we ever have the chance to visit again, I'll be sure to reach out. Please keep making many more travelers happy.

We had the chance to spend two days with Dima on our trip. He has been a really awesome guide — very kind, helpful and with a lot of information to tell about Kazakhstan, the nature and everything around. Always with a smile and great kindness to us. We really enjoyed the real coffee from the coffee maker around Charyn Canyon. It was such a blast. The homestay was like home, warm and sweet with great dishes. We felt very honoured by everyone. The different landscapes we explored were amazing and so beautiful. It has been two awesome days, and probably the best in our trip. We also thank Julia a lot for her efficient work organising the trip as we asked. She did a great job finding what would be best according to our wishes and funds. Thank you very much for everything. We highly recommend them.

We have just returned from the trip and our impressions are simply wonderful! Everything was organised to a high standard: comfortable transport, an interesting programme and excellent guiding. We visited beautiful places, learned a lot and came back full of positive emotions. We especially liked the friendly atmosphere and the attentive treatment of the travellers. Many thanks to Dmitry and Evgenia for their professionalism, their care and the excellent organisation of the trip. Thanks to them the journey was easy, comfortable and left the warmest memories. The trip exceeded all our expectations, and we gladly recommend it to anyone who wants a good rest and unforgettable impressions.

We traveled in May–June 2026 for 2 weeks with Dima and Evgenija around Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. We were very satisfied with the care, attention and quality of the guides. Our group travels to different countries of the world, we met many tour guides… But these guides are really great! Dima even made us Italian coffee during the hikes, took care of the quality of the food, our safety and comfort. We were impressed by the beauty of the mountains and passes, the hospitality of the local people… A very interesting and good travel route. But the icing on the cake is the guides… We are very happy to have discovered and gotten to know them. We parted like old friends. We wish them as many curious and fun travelers as possible — they deserve it!

This was one of the most wonderful trips we have ever had. The route was fantastic, and the guides — although younger than us — looked after us as if we were their own children: they indulged our every whim, reassured us and gave advice. Warmth, care, good spirits and an endless amount of interesting information were with us every single day. Thank you very much.

We want to share our impressions from our trip in May–June to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. These countries pleasantly surprised us with their natural beauty, which we were helped to discover by our tour guide Dmitry and his wife Eugenia. Dima very carefully, taking into account the wishes, needs and capabilities of the travelers, professionally prepared the itinerary. During the entire trip he was responsible, punctual, friendly, had a good sense of humor, and was helpful. In short, he was a great guide and person. He took care of everyone like a father — he even sprayed everyone's feet against insect bites. We are grateful to Dima and Zhenya for the unforgettable impressions we experienced on the trip, because every day we spent on the trip WAS A GOOD DAY!

We were picked up perfectly on time by our guide Dima at our hotel in Almaty and then set off. The whole trip went smoothly and Dima was able to tell us something about the history and significance of each place, which was very interesting. The owners of the homestays were all very warm and made us feel welcome. Some of the food was a bit sparse, but then Dima went straight away and made sure we got another portion. We were also able to stop and take photos at any time. The landscape in this region is simply incredible. We had a great trip and can highly recommend it.

Thanks to Yula, our weekend exploring the countryside near Almaty was amazing. She made everything super comfortable and easy, but still full of adventure. Her in-depth knowledge and fun stories really brought the trip to life. The places we visited were amazing in and of themselves, but with Yula as our guide, they became unforgettable. My boyfriend and I enjoyed every minute and can't wait to do more tours with her. We will definitely recommend her to all our friends and family.

Julie has been such a wonderful guide, not only is she knowledgeable of the places that we go to, in terms of geography, nature, wild life of Kazakhstan, but we also learn so much about Kazakhstan history and politics. 2 Days is not enough! We regret that we only spent 2 days on the trip. Julie also took care of us and was very patient in waiting for us taking photos (as we love taking pictures). Would highly recommend taking the tour with Julie anytime you come to Kazakhstan! And will definitely come back!

It's been 24 hours since I returned from my memorable Kazakhstan tour! A tour that was meant to be a quick women's getaway for 5 days became the most memorable experience of our lifetime! Thanks to Julia who took care of every single thing 'to the T'. Julia's dedication, preparation and spontaneity made the trip memorable. She drove like a sharp navigator, danced like mercury and rode the horse like an empress! Julia's knowledge about geo-politics, current affairs and historical facts made the trip more informative and fruitful. While the natural beauty of Kazakhstan is alluring, the charismatic persona of Julia was the cherry on top of the cake! Thanks Julia! We spent two days with Dimitri. He showed us the canyons and lakes in the Almaty region and at the same time told us about the local culture and people. The trip was ideally suited to our schedule and the price-performance ratio unbeatable. An unforgettable trip with many lasting impressions and good conversations!

I spent one week in Kazakhstan with the help of Julia and her brother Dima. The two were extremely helpful in organising the trip before I land on Kazakhstan land. So, basically it was a 5 days program: Day 1 Almaty – Charyn, Temirlik and Yellow canyons – overnight stay in Saty. Day 2 1st and 2nd Kolsai lakes, full day hiking. Day 3 Kaindy lake – Turgen waterfall, then overnight at Turgen gorge. Day 4 Kairak waterfall and return to Almaty. Day 5 Cable way to Talgar Pass 3163 meters asl, on your way you will see Medeo skating rink and Shymbulak ski resort. Then drive to a neighbour valley and hike to Butakovka waterfall. Everything was perfectly managed and the country is simply wonderful. I recommend the two for the best time in Kazakhstan.
